Clear Scope and Commercial Terms
After consultation, your proposal sets out the service fee, agreed scope, inclusions, payment terms, engagement length, and any applicable onboarding or setup requirements. Third-party software, hosting, and AI/API usage costs are identified separately where applicable.

For systems, automation, and AI projects, a paid Discovery & Solution Blueprint may be proposed to understand your processes and define requirements before implementation. Scope, fees, and any implementation credit are agreed in your proposal. Onboarding and setup requirements vary by engagement and will be discussed during consultation.
