This draft describes the ATG marketing website and consultation form. It does not describe applicant records, client workspaces, or data processed during a paid engagement; those require separate review. Information you provide
The contact form requests your name, email address, service interest, and message, with an optional company name. It also sends a consultation subject and a hidden spam-detection field. There is no attachment, account-registration, or payment field. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, sensitive personal information, or confidential client records.
Contact form and email
When configured, the form sends your submission directly from your browser to Formspree over HTTPS. Formspree processes submissions and provides email notifications; ATG’s designated inquiry mailbox is [email protected], hosted by Google. Formspree may store submissions and collect technical information such as IP address, browser information, access times, and referring addresses for service operation and security. Its own privacy policy explains its practices. Emailing ATG directly also places your message and email metadata with the email providers involved.
Purpose and access
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, respond, and discuss a possible proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing. Judith Abano is the only person authorized by ATG to access the Formspree account and designated inquiry Gmail mailbox. Formspree and Google process information to provide their services under their own policies. Any additional access or business uses require review and an update to this policy.
Website technology and external links
The current website code includes no analytics tracker, advertising pixel, embedded social feed, account system, or application database for inquiries. It does not explicitly set cookies or persist form fields in browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may process request logs; the planned production host is Cloudflare Pages, whose request logging and cookie behavior require review before launch. Social links take you to external platforms with their own policies. Fonts are obtained during the Next.js build and served as website assets rather than requested from Google Fonts by each visitor.
International processing and retention
Formspree states that information is processed in the United States and other countries where it operates. Email and hosting providers may also process information across borders. ATG must confirm provider arrangements and any required transfer safeguards. ATG’s approved policy is to delete unsuccessful or inactive inquiries 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless a legitimate reason requires longer retention, such as an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation. This applies to inquiry copies controlled by ATG in Formspree, Gmail, and any exports. Longer retention must have a documented reason and be reviewed when that reason ends. Client agreements, financial records, and provider-managed backups or logs require separate retention rules. Deletion must be carried out in each relevant account; this website does not automatically delete records, and deleting one copy may not delete copies held by another provider.
Requests and security
You may contact ATG to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. The response process, identity checks, applicable rights, exceptions, and complaint route must be confirmed for the jurisdictions ATG serves. The form uses an HTTPS endpoint and a spam-detection field, but these do not guarantee security. Internal access controls, incident handling, and deletion procedures need business review.
