Affluence TalentBridge Global
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Affluence TalentBridge Global. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Affluence TalentBridge Global (“ATG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website and interactions with our outsourcing, recruitment, talent-matching, and remote staffing services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, applying for an opportunity, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge these Terms, subject to any separate written agreement applicable to a particular engagement.
If you enter into a separate written service agreement with ATG, that agreement will govern the specific engagement and takes precedence over these general website Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. About Affluence TalentBridge Global
ATG is a Philippine-based outsourcing company connecting businesses with Filipino remote professionals. Services may include talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, talent matching, preparation, deployment coordination, and ongoing operational support depending on the engagement. Our network may include virtual assistance, customer support, social media, graphic design, video editing, livestream operations, and other agreed remote business-support functions.
3. Website Use
You may use the ATG website for legitimate purposes such as learning about ATG, reviewing services, requesting information or consultations, inquiring about staffing, applying for opportunities, and communicating with us regarding legitimate business matters. You agree not to misuse the website or knowingly interfere with its operation.
4. Client Inquiries and Consultations
Submitting an inquiry, consultation request, staffing requirement, or contact form does not automatically create a contractual relationship. Before services begin, ATG and the client may need to agree on role requirements, scope, number of professionals, working arrangements, pricing, payment terms, start date, responsibilities, service expectations, and other engagement-specific conditions. These should be documented in a proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement where applicable.
5. Recruitment and Talent Matching
ATG may assist clients in identifying professionals according to business requirements through client consultation, talent selection, candidate screening, client interview coordination, training and preparation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring and support. The process may vary based on the role, client requirements, availability, and nature of the engagement.
6. Candidate Selection
ATG may screen and recommend candidates using information available during recruitment. Clients are responsible for evaluating shortlisted candidates and making final selection decisions. Availability can change, and candidate presentation does not guarantee availability, suitability, or a successful placement.
7. Applicant and Candidate Terms
Applying or participating in recruitment does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting, client presentation, selection, placement, engagement, employment, or specific compensation. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information. ATG may discontinue consideration where appropriate, including where information is materially inaccurate or a candidate does not meet role requirements. Candidate information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide reasonably accurate and sufficient information about staffing requirements. Depending on the engagement, clients may be responsible for role responsibilities, required skills and experience, working-hour and time-zone requirements, interview participation, selection decisions, onboarding information, systems access, workplace expectations, client-specific procedures, timely feedback, and compliance with applicable law.
9. Professional Responsibilities
Remote professionals in ATG-supported engagements are expected to perform their assigned responsibilities professionally and comply with applicable client requirements. Specific responsibilities, performance expectations, confidentiality requirements, and conditions may be established separately.
10. Pricing and Proposals
Website prices are informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual pricing may depend on role, experience level, scope, schedule, number of professionals, skills, package, engagement duration, and client-specific requirements. A website price alone does not create an obligation until commercial terms are agreed.
11. Payments
Payment amounts, schedules, invoicing, payment methods, due dates, taxes, fees, and other financial terms should be specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written arrangement.
12. Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements
Any applicable cancellation, refund, replacement, pause, termination, or service-credit terms are governed by the written agreement applicable to an engagement. Unless expressly stated in such an agreement, this website does not create an automatic refund entitlement, replacement guarantee, service credit, cancellation right, fixed lock-in period, or guaranteed outcome.
13. Hiring and Deployment Timelines
Any recruitment or deployment timeline shown on the website, including a target of 7–14 days for standard roles, is an estimate or target rather than a guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing. Actual timelines may vary with role complexity, availability, number of positions, specialized requirements, interview availability, client decision time, training, schedule, system access, and other circumstances.
14. Performance and Business Results
ATG aims to connect clients with professionals suited to their requirements and provide appropriate support. Individual performance and business outcomes can be affected by factors outside ATG’s direct control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, ATG does not guarantee revenue, profit, cost savings, sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, business growth, or financial outcomes.
15. Confidentiality
Specific confidentiality obligations, including any required nondisclosure agreement, should be established in engagement documentation where appropriate. Website content does not create confidentiality obligations beyond applicable law or separately agreed written terms.
16. Data Protection and Privacy
ATG handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Clients and candidates are also responsible for appropriately handling personal or confidential information received through an engagement.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ATG-owned website content—including branding, logos, text, graphics, and original website materials—is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or represent ATG-owned materials as your own without authorization, except where permitted by law.
18. Client and Professional Work Product
Ownership and permitted use of work created during a client engagement should be determined by the applicable service agreement or other written arrangement. These website Terms do not independently transfer intellectual-property ownership.
19. Third-Party Platforms and Services
ATG, clients, or remote professionals may use third-party platforms, software, communication tools, payment providers, or other external services. These services operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices. ATG is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
20. Website Availability
ATG aims to keep its website accessible and information reasonably current, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or remove website content where reasonably necessary.
21. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and may change. Service descriptions, talent availability, pricing, timelines, statistics, and other information may be updated as the business develops. Engagement-specific written terms should be relied upon for final commercial arrangements.
22. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use ATG’s website or services for unlawful activities, fraudulent or misleading information, unauthorized access, malicious software, operational interference, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, misuse of candidate or client information, or any activity prohibited by law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ATG’s liability relating to its website and services may be subject to limitations in written agreements and governing law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.
24. Indemnification
Any indemnification obligations for commercial engagements should be established in the applicable written service agreement.
25. Termination or Refusal of Service
ATG may decline an inquiry, application, recruitment request, or proposed engagement where reasonably appropriate. Paid engagements should be terminated under the relevant written agreement.
26. Governing Law
These Terms operate subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under other applicable laws.
27. Changes to These Terms
ATG may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the Last Updated date will be revised. Continued website use after an update is subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
