The website describes Remote Talent, Business Systems, Automation, AI Solutions, and website and digital services through ATG Builds. Descriptions explain possible scope; they are not a commitment to accept every project or supply any particular role, integration, result, or delivery date.
Consultations and proposals
Sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement or confirm a booking. Public pricing is custom and contains no monetary amounts. A written proposal and agreed service terms should define deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, third-party software, hosting or AI/API costs, setup requirements, milestones, and any ongoing support. Discovery work and any implementation credit must be agreed rather than assumed.
Submitting an inquiry
Provide accurate contact details and information you are entitled to share. Do not submit spam, malicious content, credentials, sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party records. The Thank You page indicates that the form service accepted the request, not a booking, guaranteed inbox delivery, or a promised response time. Project responsibilities and limitations
Remote Talent availability and start dates depend on role requirements and preparation. Systems and automation depend on the agreed processes, access, integrations, and third-party services. AI outputs can be inaccurate and require appropriate human review before use or action. Website work and SEO setup do not promise search rankings, revenue, savings, or other business outcomes. Client approvals, access permissions, data handling, and responsibilities should be recorded in the engagement agreement.
Third-party services and links
Formspree, email providers, social platforms, hosting, and any project-specific software have their own terms and policies. Their availability and behavior may affect submission or project operation. The website does not collect payment or create user accounts.
Ownership and contractual details requiring review
Ownership or licensing of website materials, client content, project deliverables, source code, third-party assets, and AI-assisted work must be confirmed. These draft website terms do not assign deliverable rights or impose an unapproved license. Confidentiality, acceptance, change requests, cancellation, refunds, termination, support periods, warranties, liability, and dispute procedures need agreed service terms.
Governing law and updates
Governing law, venue, dispute resolution, and any liability provisions have not been selected in this draft. They require business and legal review rather than assumption from ATG’s Philippine location. Review and approve these terms and an effective date before treating them as adopted.
